Unable to Create Retained Earning Account in Oracle 12.1.3
After Creating the Key Flexfield Structure and Chart of Accounts, User trying to create the Account setups using the Navigation Path : General Ledger Super User > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups > Setup Step > Ledger Option
Code combination "Create" Button disabled.
Enable the "Allow Dynamic Inserts" Flag by using "General Ledger Super User > Setup > Financials >Flexfields > Key > Segments > Accounting Flexfield Structure
